Reimbursement policy
“You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive the full order amount including shipping costs. The costs for returning your house to the web store are for your own account. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If several products are ordered in one delivery, only the order amount including shipping costs will be credited if all products are returned. If you nevertheless retain a product from the delivery, only the order amount of the relevant product excluding shipping costs will be transferred. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - will be returned to the entrepreneur in the original condition and packaging. To make use of this right you must contact us via p@928-944Parts.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of the registration of your return, provided that the product has already been received in good order. ”
