Our 944-remap kit optimises combustion, restores Nm loss and reduces CO2 emissions by up to 1%.
Thanks to improved injection, the engine starts easier, runs smoother and gives lower fuel consumption.
In our workshop, we have often found that the injectors of the Porsche 944 give difference in volume (output) and sometimes get stuck for a while on cold starts. The result is restless running when the engine is cold and idling. It also affects fuel consumption and engine wear.
We therefore searched for a modern matching injector. The choice fell on EV6 injectors from Bosch. With a few minor modifications, these proved suitable for installation in the 944 engine. Our engine was then tuned with these injectors.

Suitable for:
All 944 8V 2.5 ltr from 1985/2 , so called type 2. All 924S with 2.5 ltr engine.
The early ECU in 944 (type 1 to 1985) is different and cannot be modified. However, there is a solution, contact us for information.
Tuned eproms had been available for sale for the 944 before. But they were all modified for low-octane fuel (92) and usually only updated for slightly better performance and unfortunately based on the old injectors. We thought it was time for a European version of this eprom. Since our cars have higher compression and we have 98 octane, the output can also be higher and fuel consumption lower.
This kit is also suitable for the new ECUs of Focus 9 (F9T). We have already done a conversion and delivered the car driving perfectly with more torque and power.
Option 1: DIY send your ECU to us
- we test your ecu in our Porsche 944
- we make the necessary adjustments for fitting the new eprom
- we test it again
- we will send it back, including the injectors and your old eprom
- If you have the skills, you can easily replace the injectors yourself.
Make sure you know how to deal with leaking fuel.
If not, a garage near you can replace the injectors.
- Adjust the CO again, usually you come up with 0.5 to 0.8 CO So much lower than original 2.5%
Option 2: Drive By to Den Dolder
In about 3 hours, you will be 'ready to go' with your tuned 944.
We install the eprom as described above.
We will rebuild the injectors for you for an additional fee of 175 euros incl VAT.
We tune the engine to CO
Just make sure you have filled your fuel tank with only octane 98 or higher. If not, we can offer you a bottle of octane booster.
