Porsche 928 Airpump Delete Kit

A worn airpump makes a lot of noise when the bearings are worn out. Often, it is chosen to remove it instead of rebuilding it. This also provides a slight performance improvement. However, the V-belt over this airpump also drives the fan.

With the help of spacers, the fan can be moved slightly forward so that it aligns with the pulley of the power steering pump. The kit includes a new longer V-belt for the power steering pump and, of course, new longer bolts.

Replace part of old air pump

928 - 1980 US Model.
Airpump was removed and replaced with an axel and V-belt wheel before I got the car.Not Porsche parts, so hard to get new parts.
Orderes this set and it was easy to move fan forward with new stand off and longer bolts.Also got rid of one V-belt with this solution.
Would be nice to have 1-2 pages instruction for this modification.
