Made of 16MnCr5, ground and hardened

We have manufactured 3 types

Original diameter / length = 24 x 66.85 146 gr
Slim pin diameter / length = 24 x 66.85 120 gr
Slim pin diameter / length = 24 x 64.85 117 gr

The Slim pin combined with our H-Beam connecting rod provides a total weight saving of 944 grams (for the 944).

No further modifications are needed for use in the 944.

For use in the 928 engines, the Slim pin and H-beam can only be used if the crankshaft is rebalanced.
