Upgrading the 944 to have more power is now easy. After many years of development, we can offer a very fine set of parts that will make your 944 run fast with or without a turbo. All in combination with the standard engine control unit.
All parts can be used alone or together with others. Every part will make a difference and all will work in harmony.
The easiest way is to start with the MAF to remove the risk of a faulty LMM sensor, which also gives the engine a very nice boost in the low and mid throttle range.
The second or first step is also to choose the Remap, a newly remapped eprom with modern fuel injectors. The eprom is available for LMM & for MAF. This provides smooth running, more power, and lower carbon monoxide emissions.
Our new H-Beam connecting rod is developed to save weight and increase the engine’s turning force. Do not waste your money on the old connecting rods.
The slim pin design saves another portion of revolving weight and thus increases the turning force output.
The adjustable camshaft pulley makes it possible to correct the camshaft timing after shaving the cylinder head during an overhaul. Also, moving it 2 degrees forward gives the best power range.
The crank scraper is very useful for racing by keeping more oil in the oil pan.
The 272 camshaft can fit any stage of tuning.
