Unique product, increases the oil in the crankcase and reduces the weight of the crankshaft in rotating wet condition.
A fast-spinning crankshaft creates a cloud of oil that is flung around by the crankshaft. By directly scraping this off the crank cheeks with each rotation, it reduces the rotating weight and retains more oil in the crankcase. Also reduces oil foaming.
The problem of oil starvation (too little oil in the suction pipe) is significantly reduced by this.
The product also provides higher stiffness of the crankshaft frame.
When installed, the rings under the nuts of the crankshaft frame are omitted.
We have determined the tolerance on used engines with maximum axial play and thus achieved an accurate fit.
Also fits with our H-beam connecting rods.
