This MAF was developed to replace the old LMM, and after rigorous testing, we can confidently recommend it for your Porsche 944 & 924S as an easy upgrade with much benefits. We have over 30 installed already and all working perfect.

The result is amazing, representing one of the easiest levels of tuning you can achieve for your Porsche without any mechanical / internal upgrades.

We also offer installation services for this device to ensure everything runs smoothly. It's a one hour job to install and we also can test with our exhaust gas analyzer to adjust to correct CO level.
You may also install the kit yourself and with little instruction you can have the CO level tested and adjusted at a local workshop, nothing mysterious about that.

How It Works

The LMM measures the air entering your engine, allowing the ECU to calculate the necessary fuel injection. Over time, wear can lead to inconsistent signals, causing engine inefficiencies and a rough driving experience. The MAF eliminates this issue by providing a more precise airflow measurement, ensuring that your engine runs smoothly and powerfully.

The second benefit is the airflow enters without the resistance of the original door with springload. This results in more torque in lower rpm range and enhanced throttle respons.

Signs Your Engine Needs Attention

An aging engine may exhibit the following signs:

  1. Ignition Misfires: Start by checking spark plugs, cables, rotor, distributor, and coil.
  2. Fuel Injection Issues: Clean or replace injectors, check wiring, adjust CO levels, and replace the old LMM with our MAF.
  3. Oil Consumption Problems: Consider overhauling the cylinder head and replacing pistons.

Easy Installation Process

Installing the MAF-Kit is straightforward. Simply open the air filter box using a long screwdriver (see option), then unbolt the LMM and replace with your new MAF, attach the black wire and you're ready to go.

Higher top speed

What a great part! I installed this right before heading out to 944 Fest at Virginia International Raceway, It was really easy to install, and the instructions were easy to understand, I did have to re-wire it at the throttle control valve due to polarity issue that was described in the instructions so no problem there, fired right up! the idle I noticed right away was 200 rpm lower, but I made no adjustment, I liked the lower idle, did a trial run around my area for a shake down, then it was on to the track, right out of the gate at tech inspection they noticed that it was different than other MAF kits, asked where I got it, how it worked, they were shocked it was plug & play with the stock DME! once on the track I could tell that throttle response was improved, sometimes that is mis-leading, but what was un-deniable is that the top speed of my car is 11 mph faster with the MAF installed, a gain of perhaps 2-5 HP? at some point I will try to establish a fuel consumption comparison. OUTSTANDING upgrade for any 944!

Why is there no 944 after 1985 ?

I don’t have a 1985. Mine is newer and not turbo why don’t you sell those. Just coupe after 85. ?

Ik ben blij verrast!
Een aantal dingen die ik tijdens de 2.000 km die ik afgelopen (lang) weekend in Engeland heb gereden, heb geconstateerd:
- de auto loopt rustiger, stiller en gelijkmatiger stationair (volgens mij ook bijna 200 toeren minder)
- de auto is 'pittiger' (al was het al geen 'slomerd') en de gasrespons is beter
- het ziet ernaar uit dat de auto zuiniger is (al kan ik dat niet goed beoordelen omdat ik natuurlijk van en naar Engeland/Frankrijk veel snelwegkilometers gemaakt terwijl in in Engeland juist veel bochtige weggetjes heb gereden met veel optrekken, afremmen, etc.)

- geen 'dip' meer tijdens het schakelen: de auto bereikt veel sneller weer het benodigde toerental (als je snapt wat ik bedoel) en accelereert veel 'soepeler' en sneller. Ik denk dat dit best wat scheelt in een sprint van 0 naar 100.
