The fan for cooling the engine has two ball bearings. These are worn out after 40 years. The bearings can be replaced and with that it will run nice and quiet again. 

One bearing is a special bearing which is expensive to buy. We have made a special ring for this so that you can repair it with standard bearings and this ring. Only one ring is needed for replacement. Make sure that the ring is mounted on the outside.
