Suitable for 1977 - 1984 to S2

Due to aging, these hoses may start to crack. The hose may leak due to the cracks. Steering pump oil (ATF D2) is flammable and can suddenly leak from the hose onto the exhaust manifold possibly causing a fire. See the photo of a 928S4 we purchased.

Please check, the hose is easily visible if you remove the air intake tube on the driver's side.

The pump delivers a working pressure of up to 110 bar. The highest pressure is achieved at extreme steering deflection. See the picture of the steering pump for which this hose is intended.
