This oil pump housing can also be used on older engines <85. For this purpose, the engine block must be modified by milling away a piece, which enlarges the oil supply channel (see the photo). This pump provides 15% more capacity than the older models. Perfect upgrade for those who demand a lot from their engine. A must for racing engines. The pump must therefore be replaced by a later type. These are thicker.
